What does it take to get a job at Google? [infographic]

The Google hiring process is designed to hire the most talented and creative people who will be the best fit for the Google way of working and for the results it expects (and achieves).

The Google work style is different, it isn’t for everyone but it works well for Google.

Google receives over a million applicants every year, and hires about 4,000 people each year. So, in any given year, less than one half of one percent of all applicants actually get hired.
